This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number HQC00422Q0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 dated 10/28/2022. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $8 million. Description of Requirement: The combined synopsis/solicitation is for the performance of preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries, Crane NSWC, Fort Campbell and Fort Knox located in Kentucky; Harrison Village located in Indiana; and Dugway Proving Ground located in Utah. The MHE consists of the following: Battery Chargers; Electric Pallet Jacks; Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Walkie Riders, and Walkie Stackers. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract.
