DeCA is seeking qualified, experienced sources to supply, deliver, and install standardized commercial gondola shelving systems at up to 12 commissary locations per fiscal year across CONUS, OCONUS (Europe, Pacific, and other overseas installations), and non-continental U.S. territories/states including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Vendors must furnish exact-dimension components and/or perform onsite modifications to align with DeCA store planogram schematics. Optional incidental services may include offloading merchandise from existing shelves, dismantling and removing existing shelving, and restocking merchandise onto newly installed shelving. The anticipated contract is a full-and-open, firm-fixed-price award with a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods, under NAICS 337215 (alternatives 423440 or 238390) and a 500-employee size standard.
