This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation HQC00424Q0073 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 337215 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Description of Supplies/Services: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking the purchase of power picking carts with totes to pick online grocery orders for CLICK2GO operations. The delivery will be for 70 commissaries within the Continental United States (CONUS) to include Puerto Rico and six (6) OCONUS to include Alaska and Hawaii. The quote is due by August 26, 2023, 3:00 PM EST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 10:00 AM EST on August 16, 2024.
