This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HQC00424Q0057 is a solicitation being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. This requirement is being solicited as a full and open under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333310 and Product/Service Code (PSC) 3540 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. Description of Commercial Services: The Defense Commissary Agency stores located in Dyess AFB, Fort Campbell, Fort Carson, West Point USMA, and JBER Anchorage requires vertical balers to be installed and de-installed per the attached statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be July 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. A firm fixed-price contract is expected for this requirement. There is no commitment by the Government to be responsible for any monies expended by industry in response to this RFQ. Quotes are due by June 18, 2024, 4:00 PM ET.
