However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port which is located in Norfolk, VA or Stockton, CA. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of delivery order. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract.
