It will close the existing water line, relocate the fire riser and domestic water line, and perform all structural repairs related to the water line break. The building is approximately 55,884 square feet. The new water line and structure repair will be installed as specified in construction documents. Proposed Solicitation Number: HQC00324B0016 Tentative dates: Issuing invitations: 18 October 2024 Opening bids: 21 October 2024 Completing contract performance: 19 May 2025 Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM.gov.
