McClellan Commissary Roof Replacement: This acquisition provides for the replacement of the existing roof system which has reached the end of its useful life at McClellan, CA. The project will be executed in an occupied building that must maintain full service to store customers. The project will require re-configuring the refrigeration piping on the roof and repair or replace the existing commissary roof. The roof is approximately 88,000 square feet and there is approximately 5,000 square feet of refrigeration piping. Before the installation of the new roofing material begins, the exposed metal deck substrate shall be inspected and the HVAC piping will need to be removed. After the roof has been replaced/repaired, the piping will need to be reinstalled.
