The requirement is for the following, for Pitney Bowes to maintain the existing PROO Meter DM125 / DM225 mailing station: The Vendor is to access to software updates, maintenance and service for our mail station equipment that was purchased from Pitney Bowes and legally transfer postal funds to our USPS postal meter. Pitney Bowes PROO Meter DM125 / DM225 was selected by USPS. The Vendor is to be an authorized reseller/maintenance provider so as to provide support and maintenance of its network of postal meters. The contract also includes the provision of systems and support to meet the U.S. Joint Military Postal Command's needs nationally and internationally.
