The contractor, Unison VAO, shall provide a subscription based acquisition knowledge management and research service that provides insightful, up-to-date acquisition information which allows subscribers to submit acquisition questions and issues to be researched and access to the service around the clock. The knowledge management system will keep Agency acquisition personnel abreast of the changes, challenges, trends, and opportunities in the federal acquisition community and provide templates, checklists, and strategies to assist in assuring the highest quality products are developed and implemented by the acquisition community.
