The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to issue a solicitation to procure services to support MDA with all acquisition management, earned value management, international affairs (to include foreign military sales), schedule integration and analysis, and strategic administrative services/assistance for MDA’s integrated, layered Missile Defense System (MDS). This all-encompassing requirement includes the assessment, assistance, documentation, and recommendations regarding strategic, programmatic, policy, administrative and organizational matters for MDA. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside using source selection procedures in FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 541330 (Engineering Services) and the Small Business Size Standard will be $41.5M.
