This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotations. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) for the sustainment support of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Launchers, THAAD Fire Control and Communications, Interceptors and Peculiar Support Equipment, to include the support to Foreign Military Sales. If responsible parties are interested in obtaining subcontracting opportunities for these requirements, please contact LMMFC. An acquisition strategy has been approved to solicit and negotiate with LMMFC under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
