The George C. Marshall European Center (GCMC) has an existing custom application that is being used as our IT ticketing and business workflow platform. In addition to this custom tool we have built out several custom forms and workflows in SharePoint, our Content Management System (CMS). These were developed using InfoPath and native SharePoint workflows on our on-premise SharePoint 2016 platform. The Marshall Center is seeking industry feedback in its effort to move to an industry standard tool to manage both the ITSM and workflow processes. The solution must be as out of the box as possible and require little to no custom development other than standard customizations. The Marshall Center has roughly 300 employees and are looking for a solution that is cost effective for our size, and we are not looking for a large enterprise system such as Remedy/Helix or ServiceNow. The scope of work will include the procurement and initial implementation of the procured system(s). The government would appreciate it if vendors could include a ROM with regard to pricing along with their response. In addition to product information, please provide additional information concerning your company's recommended ordering vehicle (i.e. NASA SEWP, GSA e-buy, etc), if applicable.
