Amendment 0002 to RFP HQ084720R0007, Government responses to addtional questions received. Please see amendment. There are updates to two (2) RFP attachments as a result of this amendment, however these updates do not materially change the requirement. Additionally, the proposal period is 37 calendar days. Therefore, there is no change to the proposal due date as a result of this amendment. The Partner Languge Training Center Europe (PLTCE), at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's (DSCA) George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC) requires language instruction services in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with MSA Levantine dialect and MSA Moroccan dialect. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a twelve-month base period, four (4) twelve-month option periods, and up to six (6) additional months, for a total of up to 66 months. Period of performance will begin on/about 1 November 2020. The Government intends to hold MSA courses with both dialects concurrently, therefore two (2) instructor employees are required, one per dialect. Each course is five (5) weeks in length, and the Government estimates seven (7) courses per year per dialect, for an estimated total of 14 courses per year. Once the IDIQ is awarded, the Government intends to award task orders as courses are required, using established pricing per course. See solicitation and attachments for information.
