This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HQ084719R0002 and is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Washington Headquarters Services contracting office in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany (WHS-Germany), intends to award a commercial, firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation.
