DMEA intends to renew an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Trusted Foundry Access (TFA) Microelectronics Manufacturing Security component of the overall TFA program as a sole source to IBM-GBS. The base award will be a ten (10) year ordering period. The contract will be mostly Firm Fixed Price Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) for service and materials will be ordered on CPFF CLINs with a not-to-exceed amount of $576,000,000.00 over the entire contract period. Solicitation documents, J&A, will be available on or about 23 November 2023.
