This is a new Firm Fixed Price contract for calibration and maintenance for DMEA-owned Accretech UF2000 wafer prober systems. This acquisition is planned for a base period of coverage consisting of five (5) months (from 01JAN2024 - 31MAY2024), followed by three (3) option years (with service coverage from 01JUN2024 - 31MAY2027). The purpose of this task is to acquire calibration and maintenance for DMEA-owned Accretech UF2000 wafer prober systems in accordance with PWS 24-4B2.
