Description: The below reflects the Defense Advisory Committee on Investigation, Prosecution, and Defense of Sexual Assault in the Armed Forces (DAC-IPAD) Facility Space Support Specifications and is marked by each requirement to note if the conference facility does or does not meet the requirement. Dates: February 21-22, 2023 Facility Space Requirements: ? One (1) Conference Room with seating for up to 100 people (1,500 square feet or larger) ? Tables and seating for sixteen (16) Committee Members (U-shape facing towards presenters table and audience) ? Tables and seating for 4-5 “Presenters” (facing towards panel members) ? Three (3) tables and seats, flanking the Committee Members (one on each side for DAC-IPAD Staff, Service Representatives, and the Court Reporter) ? Fifty (50) seats arranged in a “theater” style for public and staff members ? One (1) Breakout Room – setup in “Boardroom” style, with seating for twenty AV capabilities must be available in breakout room ? 18-20 Microphones ? Projector/Video Display with VGA connection ? Ability to broadcast Zoom to Members ? Audio Switch Box to connect laptop, microphones, and court reporting equipment ? Teleconference line ? Internet service for panel members and staff ? Easy access to the general public via metro ? Cancellation Policy: A meeting date can be cancelled, at no cost/penalty to the government, if the DAC-IPAD provides at least 30 days written notice of the cancellation. ?
