This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (USD (R&E)), Small Business and Technology Partnerships (SBTP) – Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) requires the procurement of VISSION-X products to continue services and consolidation of the RIF portal for all Air Force, Army, Navy, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The RIF provides a collaborative vehicle for small businesses to develop innovative technologies that can be rapidly inserted into acquisition programs to meet specific defense needs. The required VISSION-X products are listed as follows: Part# Qty Description VX6M4 1 VISSION-X SOA Service Center Programmatic Add-On (Maintenance/Support Service) VX1M4 1 VISSION-X Enterprise Service Bus (Maintenance/Support Service) VX3C 1 VISSION-X ESB Database Schema Tailoring Package (Software License) VX5C 1 VISSION-X ESB Capabilities Package (Software License) VX3M4 1 VISSION-X ESB Database Schema (Closeout Option Only) Supplies/services include RIF portal term and perpetual software licenses (Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Database Schema Tailoring and ESB Capabilities Packages), as well as maintenance and support services (State of the Art Service Center Programmatic Add-On and ESB). An additional contract option (ESB Database Schema) is available to close out the online support application (i.e., the portal) and develop a standalone application to support Government access to data after. This option will only be executed by the Government Contract Office/Representative at request of the RIF Office. Responses to this notification will help to determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation. Responses should be no more than 5 pages and include the following information: Organization Name; Contract Name, e-mail address and phone number; Organizations DUNS and CAGE number; GSA Schedule number, if any; Business size status for the applicable NAICS code; A statement of interest in any forthcoming acquisition. A statement of capability to perform details of the requirement. Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any nonproprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Any additional information will not be reviewed by the WHS.
