The Defense Media Activity is seeking to procure maintenance subscriptions. Below is a description of the requirements: (a) Ability to provide equipment maintenance subscriptions with the following capabilifo • On-site, 24 x 7, 4-hour response time replacement support for all parts by a Dell certified technician with genuine Dell parts sources through Dell or a Dell authorized channel. 24 x 7 telephone-based technical support by a Dell certified technician. 24 x 7 access to Dell's Web knowledge base and e-mail notification. o The equipment to be maintained shall have service tags as active Post Standard Support or currently active extended warranty covered systems with Dell Inc., for the period of performance.
