This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: HQ0516-24-R-0093, this solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 May 22, 2024. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM EDT on September 10, 2024. Quotes shall be sent to the Contract Specialist, Nathan Mack (nathan.e.mack.civ@mail.mil), and Contracting Officer, Stephen Dimitriou (stephen.p.dimitriou.civ@mail.mil) via email. All quotes received in response to this RFQ shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the quote due date. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 PM EDT on September 3, 2024.
