Establish basic requirements common to call/orders issued under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) providing professional quality virtual conferencing and/or live event, and/or technical productions, and other complete audiovisual support for projects administered/managed by the Army Multimedia and Visual Information Directorate (AMVID), Army Television Division (TV) Field Production Branch, and with contract services facilitated by the Production Acquisition Division (PAD). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to produce complete audiovisual support for virtual conferencing and/or live event and/or technical productions and/or provide the same to supplement government efforts in accomplishing audiovisual projects.
