The Government requires support services to acquire Veracode, an application security scanning tool for the Defense Media Activity. The agency develops and supports several different applications throughout the agency. As a result, the Defense Media Activity requires a SaaS-based platform of scanning technology which addresses each stage of the Software Development Life Cycle chain, finding flaws before they can be deployed to production. This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small business firms to provide the required services.
