Due to confusion, the due date of this RFQ is extended to 3/27/2023 at 1pm. *****Amendment 0002 - Questions Submitted attached for responding vendors to review. ****Amendment 0001 - Past Performance attachment was updated with a final date of submittion of 03/15/2023 The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Virtual/Remote and onsite/offsite interpreting services for various meetings, training, etc. for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees on an as needed basis at Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Indianapolis, IN. Please see the attached request for quotation and attachments. Quotation evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, with the intention to award a purchase order to one vendor. Quotations must be received by email to Laura Cherryholmes at laura.b.cherryholmes.civ@mail.mil by 5p.m. EST, 03/22/2023. NOTE: Due to the need to coordinate requirements with limited notice and utilizing local interpreters, only service providers with scheduling staff located within the state of Indiana will be considered for award. **Please see the attached Schedule of Items Table.
