This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set- Aside. Quotation evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5, with the intention to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to one vendor for custodial services. Quotations must be received by email to Miranda J. Amir at the email address above by 3 p.m. ET, June 25, 2024. Any inquiries/questions shall be addressed in writing and directed to the point of contact listed above by 3 p.m. ET, 6/13/2024. Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer and will be posted to Sam.gov by 3 p.m. ET 6/18/2024. **Please forward past performance questionnaires to current contractors as soon as possible to allow time for completion.** Site Visit: Site visits was scheduled based upon the availability of the POC. Additionally, a quotation does not consitute an award; therefore, an obligation to your company is not official until you receive the bilaterally signed contract for this service. Contract Type: The contract type proposed is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Period of Performance: August 01, 2024 - July 31, 2025. (1 Base Year, no Option Years) To permit a thorough and effective evaluation, all submissions shall be as concise, complete and clear as possible so as to permit the Government to make an evaluation without further discussions. The Government reserves the right to make a determination based solely on the information submitted and proceed without clarifications or discussions. EVALUATION: The basis for award selection is Best Value. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government based upon price and past performance.
