This practice includes, but is not limited to, the management of mission critical electronically stored information (ESI), discovery production for electronic discovery in litigation (eDiscovery), investigations, legal holds, case summaries, task management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and Congressional inquiries. The solution is required to be FedRAMP approved and have DoDPA IL5 certification.
