Please see attachment RFQ Questions and Responses. 2) To provide information about where in the building deep water sinks abd hose bibs are. See attachment Enclosure 2 Floor Plan Water Connections. There are no other changes to this RFQ. END ============================== The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Rome, New York (DFAS-RO) has a requirement for Carpet Cleaning services at the DFAS-RO facility, Building 1. This requirement is for one base and four option years. This is an Unrestricted requirement. Normal traffic areas will be cleaned twice yearly and high-traffic areas will be cleaned each quarter. Reference the Synopsis/Solicitation document for complete details. MANDATORY Site Visit: A MANDATORY site visit is required. This MANDATORY site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time at DFAS-RO. Schedule your attendance at the site visit by contacting James Seamans, james.m.seamans.civ@mail.mil. If you do not attend the MANDATORY site visit, your quote will not be considered for award. Questions: Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Questions may be submitted until May 22, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time.
