DFAS requires services for a one-time technical refresh conversion of Oracle Forms and Reports to Oracle Application Express (APEX) and APEX Office Print (AOP),which includes Automated Information System (AIS) analysis, design, software programming, integration testing, implementation, maintenance support and knowledge transfer in FY23 for the Defense Departmental Reporting System (DDRS). This service contract will provide expert technical support for conversion of the current state of the existing forms and reporting capabilities to the Apex layout. This capability is needed to produce Monthly Budgetary reports, Quarterly and Annual Audited Financial Statements to the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Treasury and maintain the continuity of DFAS business operations.
