UPDATE: This notice is to advise that RFQ HQ042323Q0010, issued on 10 March 2023, for DFAS Diversity & Inclusion Training, has been cancelled in its entirety. The agency has determined, through market research, that RFQ requirements cannot be satisfied through the intended federal contract portal at this time. The agency will revisit evaluation standards in order to ensure fair and equal competition. Any future solicitations will be publicized. _________________________________________________________________________ The Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) Learning and Development Division is looking to procure online training that offers five courses in the subject of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEI&A) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided. Please reference the attached document titled RFQ DI Training for specific vendor instructions, evaluation factors, and submission instructions. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. NOTE: RFQ DUE DATE CHANGE: Due to the number of questions we have received, the RFQ response due date has been changed to 25 April 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This will allow us to coordinate with the Requirment Owner to provide responses to the questions recieved.
