PowerBuilder is a development tool used to create Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens that interact with our Oracle databases that contain data related to a number of systems maintained by I&T Columbus and Indianapolis. These systems have been in production for up to ten years. The following are some of the systems supported by PowerBuilder: Standard Contract Reconciliation Tool (MOCAS contracts) - SCRT, Entitlement Automation System - EAS, Departmental Cash Management System - DCMS, Defense Transaction Interface Module - DTIM, DFAS Integration Engine - DFAS-IE, & Performance Management Information System - PMIS.
