DFAS I&T Infrastructure & Production Support requires the maintenance renewal of McAfee Essential Success Plan (ESP) for software maintenance. This is a requirement by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) per Fragmentary Order (FRAGO) 6 that we maintain end point security products for our environment. The DFAS Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) is required to demonstrate development of custom attack signatures in its Intrusion Prevention and Detection programs. The McAfee solution inter-operates with our security event database and with our host-based security system. It is critical that this software be covered by a maintenance contract to assure the software can be supported with updates, patches, and bug-fixes can be applied to the software. This maintenance agreement will also give DFAS access to the vendor’s technical support program for installation and troubleshooting of the software. The period of performance is 12/27/2021-12/26/2022 Option Year 1: 12/27/2022-12/26/2023 Option Year 2: 12/27/2023-12/26/2024 Option Year 3: 12/27/2024-12/26/2025 Option Year 4: 12/27/2025-12/26/2026
