The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management, collection, and container movement and recovery. Services consist of picking up solid waste from one government-owned forty-yard stationary compact container, transportation to the disposal site, and return of container. Services also consist of picking up recyclables from one contractor owned ten-yard, or similarly sized, front-load container and transportation to the recycling site. Performance shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
