I&T Infrastructure Production and Support request the maintenance renewal of software/hardware maintenance and support of the HP rx2800 servers in the DFAS mid-tier environment. Due to security policies, hard drives that must be replaced will be destroyed IAW with applicable policies. Maintenance plan must include Secure Disk Protection for all hard drives. This maintenance support needs to provide 24x7 on-site response and 24x7 phone-in software support. The period of performance for this requirement is from 5/25/22 - 5/24/23.
