The entire Domain Named Service (DNS) will not be replaced but specific nodes in the current system that host external DNS for DFAS. The current maintenance support for external DFAS.mil must be maintained. DNS impacts SNAP database entries for networks, and would impact cloud hosted services that are referenced externally from DFAS.mil.
