Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Rome has a requirement for battery replacement for two UPS units; APC SYCF40KF (Serial Number PD0524140046) and Eaton 9135-80 (Serial Number EV171ZBA10). In accordance with the attached PWS, the contractor shall use and acquire manufacturer recommended procedures, products, and safety measures to provide the recommended batteries, perform battery replacement, ensure the batteries and the UPS units are operating properly, and properly dispose of spent batteries.
