The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) as market research to purchase Artifex Ghostscript software and obtain ongoing support of the COTS product. The current intent is to contract for the purchase of: Ghostscript Software for HP/UX Ghostscript Yearly Maintenance Support All information contained in this RFI is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is not binding to the Government. The Government will not reimburse vendors for any information submitted in response to this request. The determination of a procurement strategy, based in part upon submissions by interested parties, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
