The DFAS - I&T Infrastructure & Production Support requests purchase of maintenance for their RightFax software licenses and maintenance, which provide telephony including facsimile products connecting to the Defense System Network (DSN) on all user workstations at DFAS. The expected life cycle for this hardware is five (5) years. However, once implemented, each system’s life will be ultimately determined by its ability to meet the security and functional requirements of the organization. DFAS is renewing licenses and purchasing annual maintenance for the OpenText RightFax software currently loaded on DFAS systems.
