The Statement of Work, item 6, spells out specifics of the requirement; the entire RFQ document explains what forms, etc., are required with your quote. This is an unrestricted acqusition. The closing date and time for this solicitation is Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. AMENDMENT 1, 7/6/2020: Two things are being updated on this combined synopsis/solicitation. 1) The closing date and time is extended to July 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. 2) A question has been asked/answered: Question: Has the facility been treated in the past month? Answer: The client advises that to the best of their knowledge, the inside of the facility has not been treated in the past month. END
