The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) requires flat-fee Computer-Assisted Legal Research (CALR) services for approximately ten (10) users. Seven (7) users will be at the DFAS-Indianapolis, IN location and three (3) at the DFAS-Rome, NY location as described in the Description of Need (DON). There is a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. There is no set-aside for this requirement. Provide your quote in accordance with the Description of Need, item 8 in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. Complete details of the required features for this requirement are shown in the Description of Need. Please Note: There should be flexibility to increase/decrease the number of users by 20% without an adjustment to the fee. END
