This effort is to acquire support services for DFAS' Cisco brand Video Teleconference (VTC) infrastructure. Work involved in the requirement includes configuration, installation, security hardening, and customer support for DFAS VTC infrastructure and large conference rooms. DFAS intends to establish a single Agency Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one (1) Cisco certified partner, and place project-specific Calls against the BPA as needed.
