ActivClient is the DoD standard middleware that enables use of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) new Common Access Cards (CACs), referred to as Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards. The maintenance contract will provide technical support, software patches, and upgrades for the licenses owned by DFAS.
