Guidehouse has been contracted to manage and address issues impeding and leading to the auditability of the Department of Defense and each of its Components, as well as enhance the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Plan's effectiveness as a management tool for guiding, monitoring, and reporting on the Department's efforts to identify and resolve its financial management weaknesses and achieve financial statement auditability.
