100% Small Business Set-Aside The following information is provided in accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is HQ014719Q0003. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. (iv) The NAICS code is 335999, and the size standard is 500 employees. Only Eaton UPS equipment and racks will meet the Government's requirements. A Brand Name Justification is attached to this announcement. (vii) Required date of delivery for all items is 14 days after contract award, or sooner if possible.
