To avoid a gap in service, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source contract extension to existing Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Logistics, HQ0147-16-C-0041 (Venturi, LLC); Environmental Management, HQ0147-16-C-0024 (Mabbett & Associates, Inc.); and Facilities, Logistics, and Space Management, HQ0147-18-C-0004 (Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC) contracts to a maximum date of April 30, 2023 due to ongoing litigation as a result of the follow-on award decision.
