McNair in Washington D.C., herein referred as North Campus, and Joint Forces Staff College located in Norfolk, VA, herein referred as South Campu... Background: National Defense University located on Ft. McNair in Washington D.C., herein referred as North Campus, and Joint Forces Staff College located in Norfolk, VA, herein referred as South Campus, requires a semi-annual cleaning of the external windows and once a year for internal windows. Need: To provide annual window cleaning services on all North and South Campus building windows as identified in the specifications. Specifications: The contractor shall provide the government a semi-annual cleaning service to include the cleaning of the inside & outside of all the exterior facing windows as well as the cleaning of interior portion of additional selected windows/glass and the cleaning of selected windows and glass doors within the interior of the building. Work shall also include de-webbing of exterior of building and remove spider webs, dust, and debris from interior of building windows ledges and doorframes that are in common areas of building. These services are required for continuing operation by the fire inspector in accordance with the NFPA Life Safety Code.
