NDU requires a Vendor-Hosted / SaaS solution that would support a variety of NDU’s lifecycle management requirements. The proposed EDMP solution would consist of an integrated information architecture design which supports multiple areas of functionality across NDU and produces data that can easily interface with all functions at the University in order to deliver a premier educational experience. The primary purpose of the EDMP is to improve current academic records management, data availability, analysis, and reporting, with user interfaces that are convenient to manage and operate for designated users, pulling data from a single source. The proposed solution would need to be technically compatible to integrate and/or transform data with current NDU systems and would need to seamlessly migrate data from the existing systems in use by NDU.
