This is a Sources Sought Notice for a tentative requirement to provide FACILITY INTEGRITY & LIFE SAFETY (FILS – PHASE 3) at SITE R as further defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (SOW). As part of its market research, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) is issuing this sources sought notice to determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested businesses exist with the capability to provide FACILITY INTEGRITY & LIFE SAFETY (FILS – PHASE 3) Services as further described in the Draft SOW. The Government may use responses to this notice for information and planning purposes. The Draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work in a final SOW included in any subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP).
