Washington Headquarters Services / Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) welcomes industry questions and feedback on the ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT Performance Work Statement. All questions and feedback on the ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT Performance Work Statement must be submitted electronically to Warren Arthur, Contract Specialist at warren.g.arthur.civ@mail.mil and to Elizabeth Fuller, Contracting Officer at elizabeth.e.fuller2.civ@mail.mil. Questions and feedback are due no later than 30 March 2020 at 10 a.m. Questions and feedback received after this date and time shall not be considered. The subject of the email must be titled “ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT PWS Questions and Feedback- and ”. No phone calls or meetings will be accepted concerning the ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
