Please note the following requirements and deadlines: Mandatory Site Visit: Attendance is required in order to submit a bid. Scheduled for December 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Deadline for Questions: All inquiries must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Proposal Submission Deadline: Completed proposals are due by January 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
