This procurement is conducted under simplified procedures, with a Request for Quotations leading to a purchase order for one quoter. Award will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Quotations must be submitted through the PIEE system, and late submissions will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. The government may cancel the RFQ at any time.
