To assist WJPC in fulfilling its responsibilities, Contractor(s) shall provide: • Transportation services to support a (11) eleven-day (2-13 June 2025) professional programs to be hosted in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas. Access to and use of a GPS system is preferred to ensure driver delivers to the correct location. • Experienced, licensed drivers who are familiar with the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia area; Contractor shall provide the driver with the schedule as provided by WJPC and any updates thereafter. (2) Two Charter buses for up to 55 passengers each are required to transport a total of 105 people during event dates, with microphone.
